The most delicious baked potatoes: an easy recipe for a delicious side dish for dinner

Baked potatoes with a crispy crust can be served as an independent dish or as a delicious side dish. Everyone has their own recipe for cooking potatoes, which makes the dish very tasty.

Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a potato recipe on Instagram that he believes is the most successful. Turns out that it requires only simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes
• Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Dill
• Garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Peel, boil, and drain the potatoes.

Put the potatoes on a baking sheet.

2. Pour the oil into the mold as shown in the video and put it in the preheated oven until it boils.

3. Put the potatoes in the hot oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the filling.

4. Chop the dill and garlic, mix with the oil, and pour over the potatoes.

The potatoes are ready.
