1. Zucchini pie according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo, which he shared on Instagram

Zucchini pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini (grated)
  • 3 eggs
  • 130 g of yogurt without additives
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 100 g of cheese (diced)
  • 100 g of boiled ham
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 small carrots (cut into strips)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the zucchini.
  2. Chop the carrots and ham.
  3. Beat eggs with yogurt, salt, pepper, and oil.
  4. To this mixture add milk, flour, baking powder, grated zucchini, chopped carrots, cheese, ham, and baking powder.
  5. Mix well and put the dough into the mold.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 180 C.

Ingredients:

  • broccoli – 100 g
  • cauliflower – 100 g
  • peanuts – 100 g
  • freshly ground pepper – a pinch
  • any cheese – 100 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • butter – 20 g
  • cream – 300 ml
  • salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil cabbage in salt water for 1 minute, no more.
  2. Be sure to rinse with cold water.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the cabbage in, season well with pepper, add grated cheese and salt.
  4. Beat the eggs with cream and pour over the cabbage, sprinkle with cheese, and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 C.
