Tarte tatin

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • Flour - 150 g
  • Frozen butter - 130 g
  • Sugar - 40 g
  • Egg yolks - 40 g
  • Baking powder - 2 g
  • Salt -1 g

For the filling:

  • Apples - 4-5 pcs.
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Vanilla sugar
Apple tarte tatin

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Grate the butter on a fine grater until it becomes crumbly.
  3. Combine the yolk and sugar. Add to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough.
  4. Roll out and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Melt the sugar until caramelized and pour it on the parchment. Add vanilla.
  6. Peel the apples, cut them into 4 pieces.
  7. Grind the caramel into crumbs.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Cover a baking dish with parchment. Put half of the caramel crumbs on the bottom.
  10. Put the apples and sprinkle with the other half of the caramel crumbs.
  11. Pour over the dough. Bake for 35 minutes.
  12. Turn the cake out onto a plate while it is still hot.

Apple bulk pie

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 150 g
  • Semolina - 150 g
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Baking powder - 8 g
  • Salt - 1\3 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Apples - 10 pieces
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Brown sugar - 50 g
  • Powdered sugar - 20 g
Apple bulk pie

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Peel the apples and grate them.
  4. Cover the baking dish with parchment.
  5. Assemble the pie: put the dry and apple filling in turn. It is advisable to finish with a dry one as well.
  6. Sprinkle the pie with grated butter and sugar. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Cool the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Apple charlotte

Ingredients:

  • Egg yolks - 100 g
  • Sugar - 60 g + 100 g
  • Protein - 150 g
  • Flour - 130 g
  • Apples - 6 pcs
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cinnamon
Apple Charlotte

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the apples. Dice four of them, and cut the other two into thin slices.
  2. Beat the yolk with 60 g of sugar.
  3. Whisk the whites into a thick foam. Then, while continuing to beat, gradually add 100 g of sugar.
  4. Add the melted butter and vanilla to the yolks.
  5. Add the egg whites and mix gently.
  6. Pour in the sifted flour.
  7. Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease the sides.
  8. Pour the batter and put the apple slices on top.
  9. Bake at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes. After 30 minutes, cover the cake with foil to prevent the apples from burning. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of baking.
  10. Cool the charlotte and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Apples in cottage cheese dough

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Flour - 200 g
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Baking powder - 8 g
  • Apples - 6 pcs
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Cinnamon - 8 g
  • Powdered sugar
  • Salt

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix baking powder, flour and salt.
  2. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the flour. Stir until it becomes fine crumbs.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Peel the apples and cut them into 4 pieces.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll the apples in the mixture.
  6. Roll out 1\4 pieces of dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
  7. Cut out circles using glasses or molds.
  8. Put apples in the center of each circle. Wrap the sides.
  9. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  10. Roll the warm cookies in powdered sugar.

Grated apple pie

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 200 g
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Yolk - 80 g
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Baking powder - 6 g
  • Salt.

For the filling:

  • Apples - 400 g
  • Sugar - 60 g

For the glaze:

  • Yolk - 20 g
  • Milk - 1 tbsp.
Grated apple pie

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the yolks with sugar.
  2. Mix baking powder, flour and salt.
  3. Rub the butter into the flour.
  4. Add the egg yolks to the mixture. Knead the dough.
  5. Put 1\3 part of the dough in the freezer, the rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Peel and grate the apples.
  7. Roll out the dough from the refrigerator and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. Put the apples on it.
  9. Grate the dough from the freezer. Sprinkle the top of the pie.
  10. Bake at 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  11. 10 minutes before the end, brush the cake with glaze.
  12. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
