Fish is a must-have food that experts recommend eating at least twice a week. It is a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are the building blocks for brain cells that also help reduce bad cholesterol in the blood. Fish is also a perfect option because it can be cooked in different ways: baked, fried, marinated, salted, added to salads or soups.
Nutritionist Alyona shared a recipe for a quick marinade for red fish that will make it tasty and tender in just 10-12 hours on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- raw chilled salmon/trout/salmon fillet - 1 kg
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
- white wine - 2 tsp.
- black pepper - a pinch
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the fillet on parchment. Salt and pepper the fish well.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour over.
3. Then pour white wine over and wrap the fish in parchment.
4. Put the fish in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
