Ingredients:
- chicken breast – 4 pcs
- Young spinach – 4 cups
- mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
- red pepper – 1/4 cup
- pine nuts – 2 tbsp
- prosciutto – 100 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- breadcrumbs – 2 cups
- salt and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Pour olive oil into a saucepan or frying pan, heat well, and add prosciutto, fry for about 1 minute.
- Then add the spinach, pine nuts, and pepper, stir, and cook for about 2-3 minutes, add salt and pepper and stir.
- Season the breast well with salt and pepper, put the spinach mixture inside, roll it into a roll, and secure it with toothpicks.
- Beat the eggs, coat the meat well, and roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the meat on all sides for about 10 minutes.

- Feta cheese – 100 g
- olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
- black pepper – 1 tsp
- salt – to taste
- red pepper – to taste
- quinoa – 1 cup
Method of preparation:
- Boil the quinoa.
- Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, spinach, salt, and red pepper, stir, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add this mixture to the quinoa, stir, crumble the cheese, season with salt and pepper, and stir again.
- Stuff the meat with this mixture and fry in a pan until cooked, then transfer to a baking sheet and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
