The most delicious and dietary cutlets in the oven: what to add to keep their shape
Even though cutlets are an extremely simple, tasty, and quite versatile dish, frying them in a pan is not always a good option. After all, who needs extra calories and lots of unhealthy oil? Fortunately, there is a healthier alternative: cooking cutlets in the oven. These are the ones that always turn out juicy and hold their shape well.
Food blogger Alina Foodie shared her recipe for oven cutlets. It was posted on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 800 g
- onion – 100-130 g
- dry loaf – 5 pieces
- milk – 150-200 ml
- garlic – 1 clove
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Pour milk over the dry loaf and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Grind the meat, onion, garlic, and loaf in a meat grinder.
3. The resulting minced meat with salt and pepper. Beat it at least 10-15 times – it is necessary to ensure that the cutlets keep their shape.
4. Form the patties and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 200-210 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
