Any fish is a healthy and valuable product that contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that everyone needs, especially in the fall and winter. Cooking fish is easier than any other product; you can boil, fry, or steam it, make cutlets, add it to pies, cook soups, and make delicious pates.

Food blogger Kateryna (katyamull) has shared a delicious and easy-to-make tuna pate that you can prepare in 5 minutes.

Fish pate

Ingredients:

  • canned tuna in oil - 1 can
  • green onions - a bunch
  • processed or Philadelphia cheese - 50 g
  • yogurt or sour cream - 2 tsp.
  • ground pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Drain the excess liquid from the tuna.

2. Wash the onion and chop finely.

3. Put the fish and onion in a bowl, add yogurt, cheese, and pepper, and mix.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 1 kg
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 150 g
  • 20% cream - 100 ml
  • salt/pepper - to taste
  • frozen cranberries - 200g
  • rosemary - a couple of sprigs
  • water - 100 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • gelatin - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash andd peel the liver.

2. Chop the onion and carrot and fry lightly in butter.

3. Add the liver to the onions and carrots, as well as a sprig of rosemary, and continue to fry until soft for about 7-10 minutes.

4. Add cream, simmer for a while to evaporate it.

5. Remove the rosemary, put the liver in a blender and beat well.

6. Then add the remaining butter, salt and pepper, and beat well again.

7. Soak gelatin in cold water according to the instructions on the package, put the berries in a saucepan, cover with water, add sugar and bring to a boil.

8. Dissolve the gelatin in the berry puree.

9. Put the finished pate in molds or jars, put a few berries on top and pour gelatin over.

10. Refrigerate for several hours.
