The most delicate syrniki in the oven: a dish that children will definitely like
At first glance, it may seem that syrniki are an elementary dish. But in reality, there are often problems with their preparation. The dough may spread over the pan, or the center may remain raw. That's why it's important to know how to cook this dish properly.
You can also make syrniki with a variety of berries and fruits. For example, food blogger Anna Fil on Instagram offered a recipe for making syrniki with peaches. She noted that the dish will never turn out dry and even children will like it.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 gr
- Sugar - 100 gr
- Vanilla sugar - 1 pack
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Semolina - 20 gr
- Corn starch - 20 g
- Berries or fruits
Method of preparation
1.Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, sour cream, semolina and starch to the cottage cheese. Using a blender, beat everything into a homogeneous mass.
2. Put the cottage cheese mixture into the muffin tins. Add chopped apricots if desired.
3. Put in a preheated oven at 160° for 30-40 minutes.
4. Serve with sour cream or jam
