  5. Add the washed buckwheat, cover with water by 2-3 cm, and cook for 20-25 minutes over low heat.
  6. Add chopped herbs on top.

  • Buckwheat - 200 g
  • Mushrooms - 100-150 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Grated hard cheese - 40 g
  • Broth - 400-450 ml
  • Dry white wine - 60 g
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Dried herbs and spices - to taste
  • Oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped garlic and onion.
  2. Fry the mushrooms separately in butter.
  3. Add buckwheat and wine to the onion and garlic. The substance should evaporate.
  4. Pour in the broth in portions, and let it evaporate.
  5. Add mushrooms, butter, cheese, and spices to taste. Stir, cover, and leave for 15 minutes.
