Perfectly cooked cutlets are evidenced by their golden brown crust and juicy center. And it all depends on what kind of minced meat you choose.
Although pork and chicken minced meat make equally tasty cutlets, turkey minced meat will give you the desired juiciness. For more spice, you can add zucchini to the dish. The secret and the recipe were shared on the dukan_kulinar_blog culinary blog on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- minced turkey – 600 g
- onion – 1-2 pcs
- zucchini – 1/3 pc
- eggs – 1 pc
- salt, pepper, paprika, curry, dried garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Onions chop and fry until soft.
2. Grate the zucchini.
3. Mix all the ingredients, then beat the minced meat – this will make the cutlets nice and even.
4. Form and fry the cutlets.
Alternatively, serve with a side dish of baked vegetables.
