Ingredients for the banana layer
- Vanilla sugar
- Banana - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cocoa - 4 tbsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Semolina - 3 tbsp
Ingredients for the cheese layer
- Lemon zest - 1 pc
- Sugar - 6 tbsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Cottage cheese - 500 gr
- Semolina - 3 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Beat all the ingredients for the banana layer with a blender.

2. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
3. Whip all the ingredients for the cheese layer with a blender and spread over the banana layer (if the mass is very thick, you can add a little sour cream or cream).
