How to cook mackerel deliciously

The chef shared a recipe for delicious baked mackerel with white wine and spices on Instagram.

Fish recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mackerel 2 pcs.
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Coarse salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Tom yum paste 1 tbsp
  • White dry wine 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1-2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Divide the mackerel into fillets, cut off the rib bones and make shallow cuts on the skin side.

2. Chop the onion randomly and mix with salt. Add the Tom Yam paste, wine and olive oil, and marinate the fish in this marinade.
