The fish will be very juicy: baked mackerel with spices, oil and wine
Mackerel is an ideal fish for baking and grilling. It can also be deliciously marinated and stewed with vegetables.
The chef shared a recipe for delicious baked mackerel with white wine and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Mackerel 2 pcs.
- Onion 1 pc
- Coarse salt 1/2 tsp.
- Tom yum paste 1 tbsp
- White dry wine 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the mackerel into fillets, cut off the rib bones and make shallow cuts on the skin side.
2. Chop the onion randomly and mix with salt. Add the Tom Yam paste, wine and olive oil, and marinate the fish in this marinade.
3. Cook on the coals for about 4-5 minutes, turn over constantly!
