The fillet will never be dry: how to cook meat in a pan sauce deliciously
Lean chicken can be very juicy and tender. To achieve this, it should be cooked in a delicate creamy sauce with onions and garlic. This meat will go well with any side dish.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken fillet was published on the Instagram page of chef Alex Mil (mil alexx). The dish is stewed in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 2 pieces (or 8-10 chicken legs)
- onion - 250 g
- garlic - 10-12 cloves
- milk - 500 ml.
- salt - 1 tsp. hops suneli
- oil - 15 g + 25 g of butter
- flour - 1 tbsp
- a bunch of parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Pierce the washed and peeled fillet with a fork or skewer to better soak up the flavor inside.
2. Pour the oil into the frying pan, put the meat.
3. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes and remove from the pan.
4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the remaining oil, a piece of butter, stir fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add the flour and mix well.
6. Add salt and suneli hops.
7. Pour in the milk, stir and bring to a boil.
8. Add the meat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
9. Add chopped parsley, stir and turn off in a minute.
