The famous royal apple charlotte: a recipe for soft and fluffy pastries for tea
No matter how many different baking recipes and delicious desserts there are, Charlotte remains the most beloved. It is a fairly easy-to-prepare cake that is extremely soft, moderately moist, and slightly sour due to the apples. It is ideal for family and even holiday tea parties.
This pastry is also often called royal. After all, once upon a time, Charlotte was prepared exclusively for Queen Charlotte of England. And the recipe was invented by her personal chefs. Rumor has it that the exact method of preparation has not yet been solved.
