Tomato is one of the most popular vegetables. It can be consumed on its own, made into salads or even main dishes. But it is also a seasonal vegetable, which means that it requires special preparation for winter.
In order to enjoy tomatoes in many dishes even in winter, you should know how to properly freeze them. There are quite a lot of options on how to do this, but the easiest of them was shared on Instagram by food blogger Kristina Buleziuk.

Freezing tomatoes for the winter
1. Rinse and dry the tomatoes.
Wash the vegetables.

2. Cut into chunks and place in the blender bowl. Blend until smooth.
Chop in blender.

3. Pour the resulting mixture into ice molds and freeze in the freezer.

4. Compose frozen tomatoes in an airtight bag.
