Nutritionist Olha Usenko shared on Instagram the best recipe for salting red fish, which will definitely become your favorite afterwards.
Ingredients:
- fish - 1 kg
- sea salt - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Mix the salt and sugar.
- Rub the fish generously with this mixture and refrigerate for 12-16-24 hours.
- After that, take out the fish, be sure to pour out the juice that has formed inside the container and you can safely eat delicious fish.
- Important – it can be frozen in portions. Cut and place in separate bags.
