Juicy, soft, tender, and with a nice golden crust - this is the sign of a perfectly baked chicken in the oven. The main secret of which lies in a well-chosen marinade. One of the options is sour cream. It is affordable, budget-friendly, and extremely easy to prepare.
Food blogger Maria Gorodetska (marichka_gorodetska) shared a recipe for baked chicken in sour cream marinade on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- chicken - 1 kg
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- ground black pepper
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. First, squeeze the garlic through a press, then mix it with the rest of the ingredients: sour cream, paprika, pepper and salt.
2. Lubricate the chicken well with the prepared marinade. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Put the marinated chicken on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Bake at 170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
