  • flour - 360 g
  • milk - 200 ml
  • sugar - 60 g
  • soft butter - 50 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • live yeast - 15 g
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix milk at room temperature with sugar and yeast, cover with foil and leave for 10 minutes. The yeast should start to foam.

2. Add egg, half the flour, salt, and mix. Then add butter and the other half of the flour.

3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

4. Put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and put it in a place where there are no drafts for 1 hour.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • apples - 250 g
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • corn starch - 1 tsp
  • orange - 1 pc (juice and zest)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • raisins - 35 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour boiling orange juice over raisins and leave to brew.

2. Pour lemon juice over diced apples and add orange zest.

3. Melt sugar until amber color, stir.

4. Add the diced apples. Do not stir for the first few minutes. Then stir lightly, and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Squeeze out the excess moisture from the raisins and add to the apples.

6. Add starch mixed with 1 tbsp of juice, stir, bring to a boil.

7. Cook for 2 minutes.

Forming the pie:

1. Divide the dough into 8 parts.

2. Roll out 7 of them into circles, fold in half. Put the filling on both sides and make 2 horns that are connected in the middle.

3. Roll out the rest of the dough, put the filling in the middle and form a ball.

4. Put the "horns" in a circle in the mold and balls in a center to form a daisy.

5. Cover with cling film and leave for 25-30 minutes. Then brush with egg and bake at 170-180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

6. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
