Ingredients:

• kefir – 200 ml
• sour cream – 200 ml
• cucumbers – 1 pc
• garlic – 3-4 cloves
• greens – 1 bunch
• salt, pepper – to taste
• thyme – a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. On a plate, mix kefir, sour cream, add salt.
2. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes, chop the garlic, and add to this mixture, mix.
3. Wash the greens, finely chop, and add to the same, mix thoroughly, sprinkle with thyme, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Hot sauce with tomatoes

Ingredients:

• tomatoes – 1 pc
• onion – 1 pc
• garlic – 1-3 cloves
• hot pepper – 1 pc
• parsley – 1 bunch
• salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes, remove the seeds from the hot pepper, and peel the onion and garlic.
2. Throw everything into a blender, add the washed parsley and salt, and whisk until smooth.

Ingredients:

• cilantro – 1 bunch
• garlic – 2 cloves
• lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp

• lemon zest – 1 tsp
• honey – 2 tbsp
• ground red pepper – to taste
• salt and pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the cilantro, and peel the garlic.
2. In a blender, whisk the oil, cilantro, honey, salt, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
3. Add the red pepper to the finished sauce and mix.
