Who doesn't love burgers, especially if they are cooked at home, with good quality meat and fresh vegetables? But they don't always turn out well due to improper cooking of the cutlet or sauce.

1. Burgers according to the recipe of Tetiana Lytvynova

Ingredients:

  • beef – 800 g
  • ready-made buns – 5 pcs
  • lard – 200 g
  • spices – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 10 g
  • bacon – 100 g
  • mustard – 2 tsp
  • iceberg lettuce – 10 g
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs
  • ketchup – to taste
  • mustard – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Make the minced meat for the cutlets, be sure to add lard, salt it well, add spices, and beat it off, then use your hands and a knife to form the cutlets.
  2. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, cover them with parchment, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Then you can take them out and grill on both sides until cooked through – about 5-8 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness you want.
  4. Chop the vegetables.
  5. Hold the burger buns over the steam for 30 seconds, after which they will become soft and fluffy.
  6. Then cut them in half and put them on the grill for a few seconds to brown.
  7. To assemble the burger: generously grease the bottom of the bun with ketchup, then a lettuce leaf, cutlet, cheese, tomato, bacon, pickle, and the second part of the bun greased with mustard.

Ingredients:

  • minced beef – 500 g
  • spices – to taste
  • buns – 4 pcs
  • romaine lettuce or lettuce – 8 leaves
  • sweet American mustard – 4 tsp
  • ketchup or tomato sauce – 4 tsp
  • cheese – 4 slices
  • tomatoes – 1 pc
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs
  • red onions – 1 pc

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add the spices and mix.
  2. Beat the minced meat well into a bowl or on a plate, but before that, cover it with cling film.
  3. Next, use a knife to shape the minced meat into patties that will fit the size of the burger buns.
  4. Then put the finished patties on a plate wrapped in cling film and put them in the freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Cut the burger buns in half lengthwise and grill them on a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  6. Remove the cutlets from the freezer and grill on each side until cooked through.
  7. Assemble the burger: spread ketchup and mustard on both sides of the bun, top with a lettuce leaf, a cutlet, a slice of cheese, sliced cucumbers, and onions, top with another lettuce leaf and cover with the top bun.
