Yeast dough

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 700-800 g
  • Warm water - 400 g
  • Yeast - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 50 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Add yeast, sugar, and 2-3 tbsp of flour to warm water. Stir and leave for 15 minutes for the dough to rise.
  2. Add flour, oil, and salt to the dough. Knead the dough to a light consistency.
  3. Put the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Dough with sour milk

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 3 tbsp.
  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Sour milk - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Oil - 25 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix flour with baking soda. Using a mixer, beat the egg with salt and sugar.
  2. Make a small depression in the flour, then pour the egg mass into it and add oil. Add the heated yogurt in small portions.
  3. Knead the dough. Put it on a hard surface sprinkled with flour and continue kneading.
  4. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, transfer it to a bowl and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes.
