The 3 best marinades for grilled vegetables: the recipe

1. Marinade with balsamic vinegar
Ingredients:
- Oil – 3-4 cups
- Balsamic vinegar – 3-4 cups
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 2 tsp
- Honey – 2 cups
Method of preparation:
- Shake all ingredients well.
- Pour the chopped vegetables with the prepared marinade, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate.
2. Marinade with nutmeg
Ingredients:
- Dry oregano – 1 tsp
- Ground red and black pepper – 1 tsp
- Nutmeg – 1 tsp
- Dry marjoram – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a deep bowl and mix well.
- Put the prepared chopped vegetables in the marinade and leave for 2-3 hours.
3. Marinade with olive oil and garlic
Ingredients:
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar – 25 ml
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and spices – to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the prepared vegetables, mix, and leave for 20-30 minutes.
