1. Meat filling
Ingredients:
- Meat (pork) - 1 kg
- Water - 300 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 2 tbsp.
- Onions - 4-5 pcs.
- Pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the meat in salt water with bay leaf and spices.
2. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
3. Take the meat out and let it cool.
4. Grind the meat in a meat grinder and add the onion to the meat, pepper, and mix.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 5 pcs.
- Onions - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

3. Add the cooked onion to the potatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
