Strawberry jam is one of the easiest winter treats to make. In order for it to be thick, it needs to be cooked properly, and be sure not to burn it.

Cook Tetiana Litvinova shared a recipe for a delicious, thick strawberry jam on her YouTube channel, which will be thick and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1.5 kg
  • Water - 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the sugar and water syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour this syrup over the peeled strawberries and let them cool.

3. After 6-8 hours, drain the syrup and boil without berries for 10-15 minutes, then pour over the strawberries and let cool again for 6-8-10 hours. Do this for three days. On the morning of the third day, boil the syrup for the last time and it should be thick. If not, boil it for 20-30 minutes over high heat. Add the berries and let it boil together.

4. Seal in jars and turn over to cool.
