Tender zucchini stew: reviving childhood recipe

Ingredients
- zucchini - 1 pc
- onion - ½ pc
- pepper - ½ pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- large tomatoes - 2 pcs
- medium carrots - 1 pc
- salt - ½ tsp
- pepper - ½ tsp
- oregano - ½ tsp
- allspice - a few peas
- bay leaf - a few peas
- 33% cream - 200 ml
- milk - 100 ml
Method of preparation
1. Cut the zucchini into half rings. Cut pepper, onion, garlic and tomato into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
2. Fry the zucchini in a dry pan until golden brown.
3. Melt butter and fry all the vegetables except the tomatoes in the pan for 5 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and zucchini. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add salt, spices, cream and milk. Heat it up and serve.
