Tender pancakes on sour cream: always come out fluffy

Ingredients:
- sour cream 20% – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 150 g
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla
- baking soda – 0.5 tsp
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Combine egg, sugar, salt, vanilla and baking soda.
2. Then add sour cream and vegetable oil and mix again.
3. Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
4. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium temperature.
5. Bake the pancakes under a closed lid.
