Nutritionist Natalia (propitaniay) shared the recipe for the cottage cheese soufflé on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 180-200 g
- apples - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- raisins (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the apple.
2. Mix the apple, cottage cheese and egg.
3. Put the resulting mass into microwaveable molds. The soufflé does not rise during baking, so you can fill the molds completely.
4. Bake the dessert in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Some tips:

- You can check the readiness of the dessert by touching the surface of the soufflé: if there is a trace of cottage cheese on your finger, you need to cook it for a few more minutes.
- Dried fruits can be added to the soufflé for flavor.
