Tender liver salad: simple and nutritious

Ingredients:
- Chicken liver
- Carrot
- Onion
- Eggs
- Pickled cucumber
- Hard cheese
- Salt
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken liver in salted water and let it cool completely.
2. Grate the cold liver on a coarse grater.
3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, dice the onion, and fry the vegetables in a frying pan with a little oil until tender.
4. Cut the cucumber into strips.
5. Boil the egg, cool it and grate it on a coarse grater.
6. Lay out the salad in layers, spreading each of them with mayonnaise.
