It's easy to make, but housewives are often put off by the bitter taste of liver. But this can be easily avoided by knowing how to properly prepare the liver for cooking.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver
  • butter
  • milk
  • cream
  • onion
  • garlic
Why soak liver in milk before cooking

The liver should be poured with milk before cooking

Additionally:

  • bay leaves
  • allspice

Method of preparation:

1. Pour milk over the liver and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry with butter.

Cooking process

3. Add the liver to the vegetables. Pour over the cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Blend the cooked liver with a blender until smooth.

5. Put the paste into plates. Pour the oil in which the liver was fried on top.
