Tender cottage cheese soufflé in the oven: how to prepare a popular dish
Most people think that cheese soufflé is a rather complicated dish. However, if you use high-quality products and observe the proportions, you can easily make it the first time. As a result, you'll get an unusual tea treat or a hearty breakfast.
The recipe for cottage cheese soufflé was shared by food blogger Maria (nyam_pp) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1% cottage cheese- 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- 1% kefir - 100 ml
- rice flour - 30 g
- 30% hard cheese - 150 g
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with kefir.
2. Add cottage cheese and mix until smooth.
3. Grate hard cheese and add to the mixture. Stir to combine.
4. Add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
