Cottage cheese soufflé.

Ingredients:

  • 1% cottage cheese- 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • 1% kefir - 100 ml
  • rice flour - 30 g
  • 30% hard cheese - 150 g
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Cottage cheese for the dish.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with kefir.

2. Add cottage cheese and mix until smooth.

Hard cheese for the dish.

3. Grate hard cheese and add to the mixture. Stir to combine.

4. Add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Preparation.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
