Tea marinade for barbecue: the meat will be very soft and juicy

To make the kebab juicy and tender, you need to marinate it well. For this, you can use ayran, red wine, lemon juice, tomato juice, mineral water, and even black tea.

The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a very simple tea marinade for meat that will make the meat very juicy.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 1 kg

Spices:

  • Rosemary – 1 tbsp
  • Basil – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Allspice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 tbsp
  • Cloves – 1 tbsp
  • Black tea

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into medium pieces.

2. Add onion and spices.

3. Brew tea and pour over the meat, mix, cover with cling film, and marinate for 8-12 hours.
