Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1.5 tbsp.
- cod liver - 1 can
- sweet and sour apples - 1.5-2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the boiled or baked vegetables on a coarse grater, chop the onion finely, grate the apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Mash the cod liver with a fork.
3. Assemble the salad in layers: potatoes, mayonnaise, carrots, onions, mayonnaise, apple, mayonnaise, eggs, mayonnaise, liver.
4. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak it well.
