Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Herring
  • Canned peas
  • Blue onion
  • Parsley and dill
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and cut into cubes.

2. Dice the onion, herring, and pickled cucumber, and finely chop the herbs.
