Eggs are a very valuable and healthy product that can be cooked in different ways. The healthiest way to eat eggs is to boil them, making sure that the yolk is runny.

The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tender, tasty, and easy-to-make French omelette.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch
  • butter - 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with salt.

2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and start to assemble it so that it is divided into parts and continue to do so until the dish is completely fried.

3. Wrap the omelette in a roll.

Serve with fresh vegetables, salted fish, avocado!
