  • 1.5 kilograms of underbelly (pork)
  • strong mustard and barbecue sauce
  • rosemary
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper, smoked paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, add smoked paprika and 4 cloves of garlic.
