Ingredients:
- pasta - 200 g
- hard cheese - 360 g
- eggs 4 pcs
- green onions - 150 g
- salt - 12 g
- pepper - 4 g
- dry garlic - 6 g
- oil - 120 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add chopped herbs, finely grated cheese, eggs, and spices to the cooked pasta and mix.
2. Spoon into a hot frying pan with oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with fresh vegetables or sour cream!
