Hearty pancakes can be made not only with flour ad vegetables but also with pasta. To prevent them from being clogged, do not add a lot of flour; it can be replaced with hard grated cheese.

A cook shared a recipe for delicious and satisfying pasta pancakes with hard cheese and green onions on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • pasta - 200 g
  • hard cheese - 360 g
  • eggs 4 pcs
  • green onions - 150 g
  • salt - 12 g
  • pepper - 4 g
  • dry garlic - 6 g
  • oil - 120 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add chopped herbs, finely grated cheese, eggs, and spices to the cooked pasta and mix.

2. Spoon into a hot frying pan with oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with fresh vegetables or sour cream!
