Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff yeast dough
- butter
- 1 onion
- 250 g of mushrooms
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- 100-150 g of cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package.
2. Fry the onion, sliced in half rings, in butter, and add the sliced mushrooms. Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper and add herbs.
3. Make shallow cuts in the dough on both sides, put grated cheese in the middle, and top with the mushroom filling. Brush the edges of the dough with egg yolk.
4. Cook in a preheated 200-degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
