Ingredients:
- sour cream - 250 g
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of soda
- 1 egg
- flour
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg with salt and sugar, add sour cream, sifted flour and baking soda and mix.
Preparing batter.
2. Peel and dice the apples. Add them to the batter and mix.
Ready-made batter.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, spoon the batter on it and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
