Ingredients:
- 3-4 apples
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml. milk
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar
- 5-10 tbsp of flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into slices and cut out the middle.

2. For the batter: whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and flour in a bowl. You may need less or more flour, depending on the consistency. The batter should be like pancakes.

3. Dip the apples in the batter and fry in a preheated frying pan greased with butter over medium heat.
