One of the simplest products is funchose. You can cook it with meat, vegetables, and sauces. Its advantage is that it is very light and all you need to do is pour boiling water over it.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious funchose with meat, vegetables, and oyster sauce on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of funchose
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 120 ml of oyster sauce
  • sesame seeds, green onions, oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into strips, and fry until golden brown.

2. Cut the chicken fillet and fry in a separate pan.

3. Pour boiling water over the funchose, add it to the vegetables, add the meat, sauce, sesame seeds, mix and eat.
