Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making delicious cutlets, chops, and salads. In salads, the fillet goes well with all kinds of foods, such as fresh and boiled vegetables, as well as herbs and even fruit.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, hearty, and quick-to-prepare chicken salad with pineapple.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 280-300 g
- corn – 150 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- cucumber – 2 small or 1 large
- canned pineapple – 1 can
- hard cheese – 100-130 g
Mayonnaise sauce:
- mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
- dill – bunch
- salt, pepper (to taste)
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes or divide it into fibers. Put the first layer on a plate, after each layer, brush with mayonnaise sauce.
2. Put the finely chopped or grated egg, corn, cucumber, pineapple, and cheese.
3. Garnish with dill and cherry tomatoes.
