Tastier than okroshka: cooling "Tarator" soup made from fresh cucumbers and kefir for dinner

"Tarator" is a traditional Bulgarian cold soup based on fresh cucumbers, kefir, fresh dill, and walnuts. It's worth noting that the soup takes only 15 minutes to prepare if you don't count the time for infusion.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, cooling summer soup called "Tarator", which will taste better than okroshka.
