A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying Korean-style carrot salad with eggs and chechil cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Korean-style carrots - 200 g
  • corn - 1 can
  • chechil cheese - 100 g
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cheese into small cubes, add carrots, boiled eggs and corn, season with mayonnaise, and mix.

Add croutons when serving!
