Tastier than meat: healthy and tasty zucchini and feta cutlets in 10 minutes
Zucchini can be used to make healthy and delicious pancakes, as well as pancakes, salads, and cutlets. You can also pickle them, preserve them for the winter, and make spicy caviar.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious zucchini cutlets with feta, eggs, and onions on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 500 g
- feta - 200 g
- breadcrumbs - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- spices (mixture of peppers) - to taste
- greens - to taste
- oil
Sauce:
- sour cream/yogurt + cucumber (cut into strips) + garlic + salt (lemon) + herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the zucchini, if the skin is thick, cut it off. Also remove large seeds.
2. Grate and squeeze out excess moisture, add feta, finely chopped onion, chopped herbs, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices, and mix.
3. Form the patties, fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
Serve the cutlets with sauce!
