Tastier than meat: fried cauliflower in batter for dinner

Cauliflower can be used to make many delicious and quick dishes, from soups to salads. It can also be deliciously fried in batter.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried cauliflower in batter on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 50-60 g
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 30 g

For the sauce, mix to taste:

  • sour cream
  • chopped dill
  • squeezed garlic
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Boil water, and add salt. Put the cauliflower disassembled into florets and cook for 4-5 minutes after boiling again. Remove and let the excess liquid drain.

2. Beat the eggs. Put finely grated cheese in a separate bowl, add paprika and breadcrumbs to the cheese, and mix until smooth.

3. First, dip the cabbage pieces in the beaten egg, then roll them in the breading mixture.

4. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
