Tastier than meat: fried battered zucchini in 10 minutes

Zucchini can be used to make very tasty and light dishes in the form of appetizers, as well as caviar and soups. They can also be deliciously preserved and stewed.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for delicious fried zucchini in a batter of flour, eggs and milk.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of flour
  • 100 ml of milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into slices, about 1 cm thick.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk and salt. Gradually add flour, continuing to beat until you get a smooth consistency.

3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Dip each piece of zucchini in batter and then fry on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Put the cooked zucchini on a paper towel to remove excess oil!

Serve with sour cream!
