Ingredients:

  • Mackerel - 2 pcs.
  • Spices: paprika, garlic, onion, tomato, turmeric, pepper, oregano, basil
  • Sunflower oil 50 ml

Tar-tar sauce:

  • Turkish yogurt 10%.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fresh mint
  • Parsley
  • Cucumber
  • Lemon zest

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the mackerel and cut into portions.
