Cauliflower can be boiled, stewed, fried in batter, and added to stews, soups, and mashed potatoes. It can also be used to make delicious and healthy steaks in the oven with oil and spices.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried cauliflower in batter and sour cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Flour
- Eggs – 1-2 pcs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt and spices
Sauce:
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cauliflower and disassemble into small florets.
2. Beat the eggs with salt and spices.
3. Add salt and spices to the flour.
4. Dredge the cabbage in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown in a large amount of oil.
5. Place on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
