Ingredients:
- Eggplant – 1 kg
- Tomatoes – 500 g
- Hard cheese – 200 g
- Butter – 40 g
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Coriander, sweet paprika, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the eggplants into slices, and place on parchment.
2. Spread the sauce on top, and put the tomatoes in rings.
3. Place in a preheated 180°C oven and bake until tender.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for a few more minutes.
