Pork ribs can be stewed, fried, cooked in the oven, on the grill, and on charcoal. To make them juicy, they need to be properly marinated.
The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for very juicy, delicious ribs cooked over a fire.
Ingredients:
- Ribs - 2.5 kg.
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Coarse salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 hour.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Ginger - 1 tsp (fresh)
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Hot pepper - 1 tsp (flakes)
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. The ribs need to be cleaned of the inner film, thereby giving the opportunity to marinate better. Mash the onion with salt so that it releases its juice.
2. Mix the spices, grated ginger, soy sauce, mustard, stir and pour over the ribs with the onions, stir and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
3. After that, put the ribs on a skewer, cook over the coals for 15-18 minutes (depending on the size of the rib) plus visual inspection.
